All items available at CarPartKings.Com are returnable. Returnable items must be returned within 30 days of the original order shipment date and must be returned along with the original packaging in new, unused and unaltered condition. Car Part Kings will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, ONLY if you receive an item that is broken or defective. To obtain the return shipping label, please contact us as you may be required to photograph and email us images of the parts you have received.
In order to initiate a return, please follow the steps listed in the “How to Make a Return” section below. Please note that your return eligibility is subject to an inspection by CarPartKings.com.
Restocking Fees
Unlike our competitors, Car Part Kings will NEVER charge you a restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Car Part Kings error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund the original cost of shipping paid by the customer upon the initial purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 14 days of package receipt.
Please note: Once we apply your credit card refund, it may take approximately 3-5 business days for it to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

You’ll notice while you shop on our site that some parts show a dollar value as the credit for the Core. The Core is your old part, the one you are replacing. Sometimes this old part can be re-made into a new part and manufacturers offer a credit to you for sending in your old part—much the same way you receive a credit for sending in your old cell phone after you get a new one. A credit will be issued to your original payment method for your new part purchase.
When you select a part to purchase, it will show you the value of the credit for the Core (if applicable). Please note that every part has a different Core price and not all parts have Cores.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for paying the shipping fee to ship the Core to us. It is your obligation to determine whether the core value outweighs the shipping cost. You may not want to ship us your core if the shipping cost is higher than the core value.

Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by CarPartKings.com or our drop-ship manufacturers and/or fulfillment centers. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping; however you have the option to upgrade your packages for a fee.
Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.

What kind of parts do you sell?
We primarily sell aftermarket, OEM new and remanufactured replacement parts for passenger vehicles and light to heavy duty trucks. We sell air conditioning parts (like AC compressors, AC condensers & AC evaporators), air induction (like turbochargers & intercoolers) suspension parts (like struts & shocks), electrical parts (like alternators, starters, switches & relays), ignition parts (like spark plugs, distributors & coils), chassis parts (like ball joints, tie rod ends, springs), fuel & emission parts (like carburetors, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, oxygen sensors, EGR valves), little parts (like filters, wiper blades, & rear view mirror glass) and big parts (like radiators, engine blocks & complete rebuilt transmissions). Where are you located and where do you’re parts ship from?
Our office headquarters are located on Long Island in NY. Our parts ship from multiple warehouses across the country. Typically, your order is shipped from the warehouse located closest to you that has the part in stock.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes we do. The discounts vary depending on the parts and the amount you are looking to order. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.
Do you have a mail order catalog?
No, we do not have a print catalog. All of our available parts are listed in our online store, which is continually updated.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All credit cards must be issued by a bank in the United States. We do not accept international credit cards at this time. We can also accept PayPal and continue to add new forms of payment.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales taxes on orders shipped within California.
How can I track my package?
Your tracking number is available within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order with us. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the particular carrier. All tracking numbers are sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If you would like to call us to inquire about a specific order, please feel free to do so..
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept changes or cancellations at this time. Some exceptions can be made, although we cannot guarantee your order can be changed or canceled. Please feel free to contact us with the details of your specific situation.
I believe my order is incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact us determine what the issue might be and we will do our best to resolve it.
My tracking information shows my package was delivered but I did not receive it, what should i do?
First, check around your property for any packages that may have been placed out of sight. Second, check with your neighbors’ to see if your package was accidentally delivered to their residences. If you still aren’t able to locate the package, you will have to call the shipping company and they should send the driver back to your residence within 24 hours. If the driver cannot locate the package, a claim will be initiated with the shipping company. Claims take approximately 30 days to settle. We are not responsible for replacing any lost orders while your claim is processing. All replacement parts will have to be reordered until your claim is settled.
Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the package. If your package is left by the shipper without a signature, or was signed for fraudulently and then is lost, you will not be reimbursed for freight or parts. We can, however, file a lost or damage claim with the shipper, but please be aware their decision is based solely on their information and findings.
My part arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you have received and accepted a package with damaged packaging, please call us so we may help you.
If the packaging looks fine but the parts are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will determine what the cause and if necessary issue a return tag so you can return the parts to us. Once the parts are received, processed and returned, we will send new parts to you.

Do you offer exchanges or replacement parts?
All parts must be returned and reordered from us to complete an exchange
My part broke when I was installing it, can I return it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation or neglect. Please read our Return policy.

My part was delivered to me defective, do you cover damages?
We do not cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of a defective product. This includes, but is not limited to, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.

We encourage you to contact us to check on the availability of a part. You just never know: perhaps we can source the parts from an alternate manufacturer or distributor.

Yes! We use 128-bit SSL encryption for the online store and shopping cart, so your name and address as well as the credit card number you send us is protected. As an added layer of security, we do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
